Join the EVECE Foundation as we proudly kick off the Mental Health & Wellness Series—a month-long celebration dedicated to mental health, well-being, and the power of community support. This free event series is open to all and filled with meaningful activities, educational experiences, and opportunities to make a lasting impact—because mental health matters now more than ever.

At EVECE, our mission is to build a society that truly values and supports the mental well-being of every individual. Throughout May, we’re offering a dynamic lineup of events designed to empower, uplift, and foster genuine connection.​ As part of our commitment to Community Enrichment, these programs will promote self-care, emotional resilience, and holistic wellness for individuals and families alike.

Let’s come together to reset, recharge, and prioritize mental health—bring a friend and join the movement!

Here's what’s in store for you this May:

  • Sunday Silent Book Club: Take a break from your screens and enjoy quiet time together in a peaceful, relaxing environment – while connecting with others. Just bring a chair or blanket and a good book!

  • Tuesday Talks – Mental Health Edition: Tune into the podcast for inspiring conversations and stories that matter - featuring expert insights and meaningful dialog about mental health.

  • The Wednesday Reset I: A Sound Bath Experience. Let the stress melt away as you immerse yourself in a rejuvenating oasis. Soothe your soul with the melodic tones of crystal bowls and the gentle rhythm of rain drums—take this moment to recharge your spirit and embrace inner peace.

  • The Wednesday Reset II: Enjoy the calming power of guided mindfulness in a therapeutic journey designed to help you reset, relax, and realign.

  • Saturday Serenity Sessions: Pilates in the Park: A refreshing outdoor class that blends mindful breathing with core-strengthening movement. Stretch, strengthen, and find serenity in the beauty of nature.

Khetanya, an Atlanta native, discovered her passion for fitness through a career in acting, dance, and music. After becoming a fitness instructor in New York City, she found her calling in Pilates, later refining her craft in Los Angeles while training A-list celebrities. With over 700 hours in Classical Comprehensive Pilates, a 200HR RYT, and expertise in sound healing, breath work, and meditation, she brings over a decade of teaching experience across multiple modalities. ​In 2020, she launched Movement Strength Training to offer virtual Pilates, strength, and cardio classes, fostering a supportive fitness community during challenging times. Her work with YogaGlo and POPSUGAR expanded her reach in online wellness. In 2023, Khetanya founded KKRU, an innovative fitness brand blending online and in-person offerings, including Pilates, Yoga, Barre, and music-driven classes. Guided by her motto, Keep Reaching Up, she is dedicated to empowering personal growth through movement, mindfulness, and self-love.
